Yoga Program - Holistic well-being initiative for our team members

We are delighted to share our holistic well-being initiative for our team members! 

Earlier this year, we embarked on a journey of one’s Mind-Body-Soul connection with Nayomi Davar, a certified yoga and pranayama teacher. A curated minimum 24-session online program, spread over four months, is designed to foster a comprehensive approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The highlight of our ongoing program included a Two Day in-person early morning sessions on March 10th & 11th  which brought immense joy and happiness to the participants. Big shout-out to Nayomi and the attendees for their enthusiasm and commitment to the journey of well-being.

Derived from the Sanskrit root Yuj, meaning “To unite”, Yoga harmonizes individual consciousness with universal consciousness. Its sustained benefits create balance across all aspects of our being.

We envision 2025 as a transformative year for our team - one that moves us closer to a healthier, happier, and more connected workplace.
